Deleting Individual Records in Message and Failed History Reports for Neuron ESB 3.1

This update allows users to select one or more records in either the Message History or Failed Message Reports and delete those records. Previously users only had the option of deleting all records.

Neuron ESB builds builds 3.1.0.448 thru 3.1.0.465

System Requirements:

None

Directions:

  • Unzip the download package
  • Navigate to the Neuron ESB runtime instance installation directory. The default location is: C:\Program Files<x86>\Neudesic\Neuron ESB v3\<instanceName>
  • Backup the existing NeuronExplorer.exe file
  • Copy the NeuronExplorer.exe file over the existing NeuronExplorer.exe
  • Update the Neuron ESB database using the AddDeleteBySequenceStoredProcs.sql file. This can be done through the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
  • Launch the NeuronExplorer
  • Navigate to Message History/Failed Message Report. 
  • Run reports
  • Right clicking on any record or multiple records selected should present the context menu with the "Delete Message" option. If selected, the user will be prompted to confirm the deletion of the selected records.
